In this case, we will arrange a refund or a reshipment at no additional cost. Lumea covers all costs.

👉 A photo or video of the damaged product will be required to process your request.

If you wish to return the product, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return costs will be covered by us.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service – we will do our best to help you.

👉 To be accepted, products must be:

  • new
  • unopened
  • in their original packaging
  • with no signs of use

The return period is 30 days from delivery.

The product must be in new condition.
Otherwise, we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund.

  • Damaged product → Lumea pays for return shipping
  • Change of mind → Customer pays for return shipping

📦 Logistics responsibility

At Lumea, we do everything possible to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

However, once the package is entrusted to the carrier, they become responsible for its delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for:

  • delays
  • losses
  • damages caused by the carrier

In case of a problem, we recommend that you contact the carrier's customer service directly.
We remain available to assist you if necessary.

However, this guarantee does not apply in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction related to the product's color
  • Product damaged after use
